that is a game update,i to was freaking out when i seen this on black ops,but it is only a game update,,if the download is bigger then 50m,,then yes i would be worried,
Turns out all this firmware update does is lock down the holes, like downgrading your firmware, that allows you to "jailbreak" your PS3 and run your "homebrew" software.
There are a few fake tutorials out there apparently but I did find this one:
