I have a 3.2.1 X copy.. After instalation and all the requirements. I doble click on the icon and program load. I click on simple button and a little wondows pops up and says ( Could not load your drive information..please run the drive selector.. How can I fix this?? what this means?? Please help

Look in your 321Studios folder under Platinum (or maybe Xcopy) for the file "DriveSelect.exe". Run that file and it should find and associate your burner with the software.
