Yeah.........because Microsoft forces this crappy engine on everyone and sets it as default therefore shmucks go with whatever is readily available.

I prefer Yahoo to google anyday. They're more innovative and have been around longer. Searches on Google often produce virus ridden website results, fraudulent results and bogus results. I must say though, when doing technical searches since I'm a network infrastructure guy, I usually hit up Google at least 50% of the time.

It's been said before that having MSN as your homepage, like I do and when you go to do a search in firefox's google search box...Bing hijacks my cursor while I am typing in my google search thus making me hit enter on Bing accidentally. intentional? I think so!
I'm 110% positive that's how Bing is getting the numbers it is. Which is pathetic because they are still getting hits only because they are stealing them from Google & Yahoo.

It does this completely, at least for Internet Explorer. Even when I type in www.google.com in the address bar, sometimes it just searches for it on Bing, forcing me to make sure to include http:// in the beginning. Annoying cancer is annoying.

Yahoo does that too. Don't think it's the magical search engine that only gives you what you want, because none of them are. It's also common sense to check the URL of the site before clicking the link, so it's only your fault for catching a virus our of ignorance.
