DVDmastering with 2 parts to a movie... help needed

ok I had, Sum of all fears dvd rip, it was on 2 avi files, also i have anouther movie on 2 avi files.

So encoded them to mpeg2.

now have

Film 1 part 1 mpg
Film 1 part 2 mpg

Film 2 part 1 mpg
Film 2 part 2 mpg

I want to put these onto a dvd (they will fit)

But i dont want to have a 4 button menu, i.e.

button 1 - part 1 of movie 1
button 2 - part 2 of movie 1
button 3 - part1 of movie 2, ok you get the picture.

Is there any software i can use to either join the 2 mpg files so i can have 2 single mpg files or is there a way of getting the dvd mastering software to play the bothe parts of the movie ?

DVD authoring software should do it and I think there are demos available of some of them for you to try but Im not sure what limitations the demos have .
You should be able to drop the movies in a time line so they play sequentially and put buttons to link anyway you want 2 , 4 , 50 if you like.
Look for stuff like sonic mydvd or spruce up , Im sure both sonic and spruce have websites so you can check for demos , I think some of it is packaged with certain DVD writers although I could be completely wrong mine was an OEM so I got nothing :/
