Kryptview A780 lost channels

Have a kryptview A780 that has worked fine until yesterday, have lost sport and movie channels. Have updated the software from the box's menu and rescanned, still the same. Any ideas guys?

Seem to have solved it myself. Turned it off and back on a couple of times and it now works. Although it doesn't turn off properly, press the button, it goes off then it switches itself back on, weird The only way to turn it completely off is by the switch on the wall.

I have lost all of my channels and have tried turning it off and back on a couple of times and that hasnt worked i was just wondering if there is a new version or something that i might need to download, if you have any information that could help that would be much appreciated.

mine has done the same from this morning. only free view channels work. tried switching off at the wall and tried software update. but no joy. please help !!!!

Hi guys. Ive lost all my channels as well. Only have freeview now. I have rescanned, switched off and restarted to no avail. My internet speed is brilliant. Im wondering if the Kryptview server has problems....any news guys? this has come at such a bad time.

Mine is working download new software, facory re set autoscan. today at 5.30 saturday
