Hello people. I am using TMPGEnc to change divx into DVD's. The thing is, when I finish encodig the movie, the movie skips. I am almost postive it has something to do with the Frame Per Second settings. The movie I am trying to encode is at a rate of 23.976 FPS. When I go into the settings, next to frame rate it says "23.976 fps (internally 29.97 fps)". It doesn't allow me to change these settings. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
