Problem when using SmartRipper on Cheaper By Dozen

I tried using DVD Shrink, but it encountered a problem and couldn't continue. Then using SmartRipper, I get this error: "Some files are locked. Try using a player to unlock". Any ideas on how to "unlock" the locked files??

Try using a PowerDVD or WinDVD. Play the movie for a minute, open SmartRipper, then close PowerDVD/WinDVD, then try to rip.
