I have a movie on my hard drive. I have a dvd burner on my pc. Not ever having done this before, l need to know what software l have to use so l can burn this movie onto a blank disc or dvd+r disc. I have managed to burn the movie onto a blank disc, but this did not work in my dvd player in the lounge room. Your help is greatly appreciated

More info required in order to assist - see cev111 thread below.

Need to know file format, software currently being used etc.

If not in ISO or VOB format, file will require conversion prior to burning.

No... I think I know. I'm pretty sure it's an AVI file. Here's a guide:

I think l see, l need to download TMPGEnc and AVI codec, this will convert the file.
