Microsoft has acknowledged today that some Windows Phone 7 users are still having issues updating the firmware of their phones, adding to issues WP7 users have had since February trying to update their software. Earlier in the year, some owners even had their brand new devices turned to bricks when trying to update their firmware. They had their chance with the initial release of WP7. Too bad the hardware wasn't anything to get excited about. I've lost all hope for WP7 or Microsoft in general, just stick with Android and you can't go wrong.

Yep, I'm an iPhone user and I love iOS, but Android is great too. All in all, WP7 is a disappointment. It would've been a hit back in 2006 when Windows Mobile ruled the "mobile earth" and roamed free through the market.

It shipped without copy and paste...a communications device without copy and paste, in a world where video game consoles have copy and paste. Microsoft released this for their shareholders, to make it appear that they were competing for the smartphone market. You know they have no such plans because it isn't even as capable as Windows 3.1...and it uses more resources than windows 95.

umm this i s am$ product anything that they come out with dies right away, its a proven fact. ...

Get rid of Microsoft and go with Android. ( Linux )

Micrsoft has always produced half ass OS and products. Why the phone would be any different?
