As reported this week, Google has launched the beta of their Google Music cloud service. To nobody's surprise, the record labels are not happy, since Google decided to launch without any licensing deals in place. Hmm... The music labels are trying to monitize another groups efforts at innovation. I guess they think they can treat *everyone* like they treat their artists. Who woulda thought?
