Netflix streaming app finally available for a few Android devices

Netflix has announced the launch of the long awaited streaming app for Android devices, however, it is only available on five devices. As of right now, the app is available for the Nexus S, Nexus One, T-Mobile G2, HTC Evo 4G and HTC Incredible. As someone lucky enough to have access, I can say the app is smooth and the quality is very decent. Tmob G2

I'm using an EVO as well. It set up easy and streams great on 3G.
Does anyone know if it will play through the HDMI cable? I've never gotten one, but I will if I can play Netflix from my phone!

I'm very impressed.

It works with the original motorola droid if you have gingerbread...but it does not work very well. I was running at 800mhz, and it still wouldn't play smoothly...I might finally have to push this thing faster than 800...

I had netflix and cancelled since it doesn't support tablets (except Ipad). When they have support for Android 2.2 and up, I will re-subscribe.

Watch what your streaming on this app... T-Mobile will shut off your 4G connection after 5GB's.
