Morning....I currently have a ps3 (selling as the playstation network s*cks) and getting a 360. I have been playing movies from my hard drive through my ps3. MP4's and such. Will I be able to do the same thing with the xbox 360?

Well, You can't transfer it to your HDD... But, if you have a flash drive full of movies. All you need to do is download this to your Xbox using Xbox Live (Sign up if you don't have one using your XBOX 360): Optional Media Update. After you download it, follow what the download says (aka instructions... if there are one cause I forgot)Then after you are done, plug in your Flash Drive full with movies (AVI, MP4, MPG, etc.) and watch away. Hope this helps.
Good luck selling your PS3 (like the other PS3 users who are also giving up on their PS3s...)!

Mint. Thank you. Yeah. My last ps3 got the red rings, then I just bought this one for 400 and I can't even play online. Unreal...........

One more quick question. Is the 4 gb version enough to play online games with? There is a special for 299 for the 4 gb w/Kinect and a 50 gift card. Thanks again

Mint is a figure of speach like cool or groovy :) Can't play online because the playstaion network has been down forever...

:) I appreciate the help though......I will be getting either the 4 or the 250 this weekend. The ps3 is on craigslist now and will go to ebay if it doesn't sell by sunday

Good luck. Recommend the 250GB for installed games in drive+A LOT OF SPACE.
