Free xbox 360 live gold

I know when you start a new xbox 360 live profile you get gold for free, but it won't let me do that, I'm guess it's because too many people have done that on our console, and they don't sell 1 month gold at the stores at least not here in Birmingham AL, you can only get it on the xbox but we don't have a credit card. We tried using a bank account card (we don't have the card or the money anymore) but it took the money out every month, we can't afford that right now so my question is how can I get a gold membership for a month (or longer) free? is there a glitch (I heard there was but there's a chance they fixed it by now)

We are having the same problem, my friend. But here's the number one answer that solves your question:
There is no such thing as free cards, items or anything. Sure you can get some items for free, if your lucky.
Try, asking a relative of yours that is outside your city, to buy a Gold membership card. Then you pay them, when you visit them or they visit you. Or you get it for free.
But the really ridiculous way, is to do some stupid surveys. But, I won't do it. Just a waste of my time.
