PayPal and its parent eBay have sued Google and two executives today over trade secret misappropriation. The trade secrets were related to mobile payment systems. Osama Bedier and Stephanie Tilenius, two execs formerly of PayPal, helped Google launch their "Wallet" system today. Just like Google to bring aboard those that worked for the competition so they could shortcut innovating on THEIR OWN.

As I see it........Google has very little that is actually "theirs" and most is just acquisitions and mergers.

Google is in the advertising business not technology. They depend on other people to figure that out.

EBAY ARE A FAR FROM BEING GUILTY THEMSELVES, FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THEY THEM SELVES DUPE THEIR MEMBERS OUT OF REFUNDS, THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DRAG A CASE OUT SO LONG, THAT IN THE END YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF TIME, AND WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, HENCE MORE PROFIT,FOR THEM,THEY ARE GETTING FAR TO GREEDY AND I SUGGEST THAT PEOPLE START TO USE EBID, WHICH ARE NOT SO GREEDY
