Beginning next week, Nintendo will begin offering 25,000 public Wi-Fi hotspots for 3DS gamers, giving them a chance to download from the eShop or play online games even when not at home. Nintendo isn't offering 25,000 hot spots...they did a deal with one company to offer 200 hotspots in addition to the hotspots that were there already.

You might as well say that HP, Toshiba, IBM, Microsoft, or Pokemon is providing 24,800 hotspots to their customers.
