I have combined two files sucessfully using virtualdub. It runs perfectly. The only problem is that it is 25 GB. Now 700mb + 700mb does not make 25gb? How can I make them smaller? (They are sourced from a DVD Boxset btw)

Load both files, click 'Video' > 'Direct Stream Copy', then save.
