it was bad b4 the update
always going off maybe 10/15 mins
b4 a film finished
since the update - it 3 times as bad

ive had kv 2 yrs mate
and a star view b4 that for 3 yrs
re-boots dont fix kv for me
yes cables are tight connection
is good. still sucks

He gave me his old kv tonight.

It is happening everywhere,mine was also unbearable all day. But after about 20 mins of the football starting last night it got better!! So maybe its virgin messing about with the signal to force peolple to give up and get a sub for xmas?? lol

as i said before it was ok after a few hours, but today ss is terrible every 15-20 seconds glitch or lose picture completely, other channels glitchy but only occasinally.
