PowerDvD - no subtitle

I have a DVD movie (original) that works fine on the ordinary DVD player (settop), and the subtitles can be displayed.

This particular movie runs well in the PowerDVD, except that the subtitles cannot be displayed, even after I copied the DVD files into hard disk.
The subtitles are available in the menu of the PowerDVD.
(others movies work well in the PowerDVD, the subtitles can be diplayed)

Do I need to edit the files (and how) to enable the subtitles to be displayed in the PowerDVD?
