Sup yall,

I'm sorry if this is already somewhere else, but I couldn't find it: I'm using TMPGenc to change a movie in .AVI format to DVD-ready MPEG format, and the 2 hour movie is taking 18 (eighteen) hours to analyze and re-write. Is this normal/acceptable? Is there a fix? Am I doing something wrong? Hope someone can help me out, thanks so much.
