Carol Bartz resigns from Yahoo's board

Less than a week after being fired, former Yahoo! CEO Carol Bartz has also resigned from her seat on the Board of Directors.
Says Yahoo! in a Sunday announcement:
On September 9, 2011, Carol Bartz resigned from the board of directors of Yahoo! Inc., effective immediately.

So true.
She has no right to complain when 1/14th of her severance pay is enough to comfortably sustain any ordinary person for the rest of his/her life.

For all we know, she is the one that started a policy of firing people over the phone...except the people she fired over the phone probably didn't get severance packages...or at least they didn't get packages capable of buying a Bugatti for every day of the week.

Seems being canned over the phone was more of an ego killer then anything else.
Carol, take the money and run. Buy a nice island in the south pacific.
