Although Samsung's Galaxy S II has only been available in the US for a short time, rumors are already beginning to surface about its successor, the Galaxy S III.
A report from an anonymous source posting on the 4chan message board claims to list specs for the phone. The information is claimed to come directly from someone at Samsung.

Obviously the next few iPhones won't even come close to this, the current iPhone can't even come close to any android "superphones". Even if the specs are true, I'll pass, 4.65" is massive, I don't care how thin they make it. Samsung had the sweet spot at 4" with their original galaxy s, the GS2 has nice specs, but 4.3" is already pushing it. Hopefully this trend dies down soon, and we get back to ideal smartphone sizes.

Im betting apple will blow people away with the iphone 5 by making it a quad core.
Before any one calls me a fan boy, im not im more for google but apple makes a good phone!.

I'd say it's fake seeing as there aren't any 2gig mobile CPUs out or due to come out real soon.
The GS II has been out for a year and half has been out on Europe and Australia for ages now.
Apple have a problem with Samsung suing them for the 3G chips they use in the IPad and Iphone.

I'd say it's fake because it originated at 4chan >.> Although there have been some truthful happenings on those boards, there's so much more that isn't.

1280x1024 resolution, that is... 5:4 aspect ratio? Can't be. Maybe it's a typo, but I believe the entire specs are fake, too...
