AT&T has asked a federal judge to dismiss lawsuits by Sprint and Cellular South opposing their buyout of T-Mobile USA. AT&T's deal to buy T-Mobile, once thought almost a sure thing, has been sidelined thanks to an antitrust suit from the Justice Department. Asks a federal judge to dismiss suits brought by sprint and cellular south? I think ask is a term used fairly loosely by corporations. They should still use lobbied, or paid under the table in my opinion. Why would a federal judge be able to be contacted in any way, outside of court, by a litigating party?
