The screen may be smaller, and it will require root to make it work correctly, but I think it is a much better tablet. The free 3G is the kicker...sure, they lock it down to a few sites, but I am sure that you can get around that with Root...and then you have free service! Plus, it has android...so you have things like voice recognition and flash support...and you know there will be custom roms to get rid of all that Amazon crap.
