Got a new phone with new SIM, still have old phone but can't get into it to get my numbers. I get "Phone Restricted" on bootup, and asks for a code. Here is my information.

Model:6030 b
IMEI:010849002847067
Country: USA
Provider: Centennial Wireless (was just bought out by CellularOne)
