These Lawsuits are just silly on other companies especially when other companies try to use the BAN Card of a rivals product in other countries...

Samsung make Apple devices and these lawsuits aren't about banning products but shutting them down completely.

Apple will be forced into paying for lic fees and redo new license which will probably have much higher lic fee.

The Qualcomm lic will be a problem as the 4S which isn't released yet uses that CPU for a start so without a lic Apple can't sell that product at all.

The silly thing is Apple started this and now they will be screwed by their own actions, as the saying goes if you want to play with the big boys then don't piss off the big boys or they will steam roll you.
