Netflix signs deal to add 'The Walking Dead'

Netflix has announced this weekend that they have signed a new licensing agreement to stream AMC's hit zombie show "The Walking Dead." The streaming company will have the exclusive rights in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Netflix will have the non-exclusive rights for more AMC, IFC and Sundance Channel content. It's a nice show, specially the first episodes of the first season. Anyway, if you want to enjoy the real deal, read the comic books. They're just awesome, and they show some scenes which I'm pretty sure we won't watch on a TV screen, ever.

I saw the tv show before reading any of the comics. You should like the tv show for what it is. I seriously doubt its going to follow the comics all that much. I've been keeping up-to-date on the comics and I still enjoy rewatching S1.

Yes lol. A LOT of scenes (like at the prison), I don't see how that can make it to cable TV.

Season 1 Of The Walking Dead was quite good. I'm not big into the Zombie Apocalypse but all 6 episodes were good,start to finish. Season 2 starts Sunday night,cant wait.

This is a great show. I watch all 6 episodes this week including the webisodes on Hulu. I'm loving forward to watching the new season.
