Samsung will not be selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia in the foreseeable future now that Apple's request for an injunction barring sales of the the tablet has been approved. The injunction is the latest development in Apple's patent lawsuit filed in April over touchscreen technology. The problem with Apple is they don't have any authorisation to use the 3G chip used on iphones and other products from the company that makes the chip and this company has banned apple from using their chips.

There's far far more in Samsung's case than simply trying to stop stuff being sold, Samsung if they win with pretty much kill all of Apple's products completely on the spot.


What I don't understand is all the tablets are the exact same design but Samsung tablets are only getting pinged as being the same, quite absurd that.

This apple is rotten to the core, with their dodgy injunctions and law suits.

It's Samsung all the way for me. Apple sucked me in with their inferior ipod and iphone, but I am not making this mistake again. Never buy technology from a company named after a fruit, and a half eaten apple as a logo.
