people who made the screens probably pee on it to add some flavor to it, mainly China, despite people kill themselves making crapple products.
Being nice always has its own consequences

You might prefer the color scheme, but it is wrong none the less. This happens with every new apple phone release...they sell these things in huge batches so there are always some issues with the screens...even if the issues don't go away, apple users don't care...they will continue to champion the great quality of their new phones with tiny little off-color screens until apple releases a new phone model with a new tiny little off-color screen.

Well... only Apple knows what it should look like, but the 4 has a purple background and 4S has an almost grey one.

How many users? A small handful? Not that im defending them but it always seems to be the case with a new apple product. I compared my ATT iphone to a Verizon iphone and the verizon one had a yellowish tint to it.

My VZ one looks normal, no yellowish to it. I am thinking it is multi-source issue, poor QC.
