LoL...if I were that judge I would have overturned everything against MP3Tunes just to f**k with them for bringing the case back.

Why is EMI working in reverse? They went after Google first THEN this small fry? WTF!?! They're not even hosting/storing titles... it's links. What morons. I can have plans to bombs & dangerous crap of all kinds that I want, it's what I do with them after the fact that I become accountable for.

Man... we really do need a zombie outbreak...
