Multiple sources are reporting on the leaked pictures and specs of the upcoming HTC Edge, the world's first quad-core smartphone. I don't think it'd be at 1.5 ghz already. What will they do in 2013? 1 ghz tegra 3 seems likely. You wouldn't want to have a terrible battery life. Still bravo to htc if there the first quad-core phone.

To think I was almost considering another brand :P

Now that my GPS started working after almost a year on my HD2, I'm a loyalist :)

In regards to battery life, not sure if you have read up much on the Tegra 3s but it actually has a 5th core, if memory serves me right, that is power gated so that the phone can switch to this core if it is in a state where it dopes not need all 4 cores running.
