Walmart is hoping to jumpstart the Christmas shopping season a few hours early this year by starting their Black Friday sales at 10PM on Thanksgiving.
Black Friday is traditionally the most profitable sales day for US retailers. Many people consider it the official start to holiday sales, and the majority of Americans don't have to work that day, being the Friday after a national holiday.

Yeah, everyone listen to Respect the Bird. Don't go shopping on Thanksgiving, it's the only time of the year when you can be thankful. Luckily we already had thanksgiving in October, so I will come across the border and get all of your good deals while you're eating turkey.

Target is doing this as well... I saw an ad that says blue wii is for sale only at walmart but there's an ad from sams club that says blue wii console only at sams club, weird. My birthday is on Thanksgiving this year NOV24th and I'll be getting myself the 160gb PS3 holiday bundle comes with more stuff than the 4gb Gears of War bundle even though they allow people to get it at midnight.

Only question this that when these products go on sale (with the exception of the XBOX 360 of course) will they break down in a year or less? Think about it, in order to get new products, they will sell their garbage for less and at a hit for a minor loss, it the trick of the trade when it comes to retail store conglamorates like Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc., just sayin.

So everything on sale for black friday will all break down? point of the sale is to get it for cheap.

Eh if you've ever endured the insanity of one of these sales it just isn't worth it. This would be more of a story if these items were going to be available online...

My small town shouldn't bee too bad, bad, but not too much so. And it's later at night which will help. I'll definitely hop on this, I don't particularly want an XBox just because I already have a PS3, but $200 with a $50 gift card and the Kinect seems like a good deal and worth it. Looks like I might actually get to play Halo 4 and GTA V.

Probably because WalMart is a subsidiary or whatever of Sam's Club. Sam's Club merchandise is WalMart merchandise. And kudos choosing a PS3 ^.^ Just realize that free network means a more shoddy network, PSN only pushes like 6 Mb/s or something.

yea come over and get the good deals but be sure you go back with your good deals dont stay
And bring plenyt of peso's cause you know the value of the peso toward the almight dollar. U.S. Dolla bill ja ja ja
My post doesn't really make sense anymore because the spam post before it was removed.
Why would I want to stay in the U.S? The only reason to cross the border in the first place is to get better deals.
By the way I'm in Canada, where your "almighty dollar" was worth less than ours for a few months recently and is still worth a very similar amount. We don't use pesos here.
