That its what you get for leaving Verizon do the job, remember bionic... If it was not exclusive to them I believe we would have seen it already, don't remember T-mobile having those problems with the first 2 nexus

I wonder if an import from the UK would be worth it at this point.

I could be wrong if so please some one correct me.

1 it has no LED flash so no flashlight.
2 it has now SD card so you can not upgrade storage.

next they are going to make the battery unchangeable.

I have a nexus one now and have been waiting for a new nexus phone that is worthy of replacing it. Sadly As close as this phone came I can not see myself wanting to give up on the flashlight alone.

I am not sure what Android phone is going to be my next phone but I am prity sure it is not going to be the Galaxy nexus.

Not quite sure about the SD, but even from that stock photo right under the title, you can see the flash.

Couldn't you just use the phones brightness as a flashlight substitute? That's what I do. I do have a flashlight app though

The flash is much closer to using a real flashlight. I also use the screen at times as a light when I do not want to disturbed the people around me. But I have grown very attached to always having a real flashlight on me.
