I have a Sony DRU-700A Double Layer DVD burner. I need to know how to use it and what programs I need to back up my DVD's. Also, a step by step guide.

Well since dual layer media is all on backorder, you'll have to stick to single layer.

"I need to know how to use it ..." -- have you tried reading the manual? Sorry if I sound snippy, but geez. What does your Users' Manual say that came with your burner? The more specific you can be with what questions you're having, the better help you'll get.
