Has anybody tried the G05 Ritek 8x DVD-R??

I just recently got a 50pk of these disks from meritline. Just wondering if anybody else has tried these and what they're experiance has been so far.

I'm using a Sony DRU-530 with latest firmware burner. Haven't had the time to try out a few of the movies yet but the one i did try, Paycheck, turned out to be a bad burn. The movie would lock up and not play on chapters 9-14. I took a look at the disk at noticed maybe 4 or 5 pin sized holes in the disk when held up to the light. The rest of the disks seem ok visually except for the very first disk in the stack which when put into the drive wouldn't even allow the drive to initialize, was a completly bad disk.

That's pretty much the difference between grade A media compared to lower (B, C, D etc) grades.

I'm still struggling to find a supplier of printable Riteks where each disc in a stack of 25 is perfectly clear of visible defects.

So far, http://www.dvd-and-media.com/ CloneDisc brand have come closest.
