It is good to know that it won't be any better than my Sensation other than ICS, which I should have by then anyway.

Except that it's thinner, has much better processor and Beats without rooting and custom ROM.

The processor is the same spec; they underclocked the 1.51GHZ chip in the Sensation 4G. Right now I have Revolution HD installed...Beats audio and 1.51GHZ, and a 1800mah aftermarket battery.

We do not have 28nm processors in our Sensations, you know this. I am also running ARHD 3.6.7 with Beats at 1.5.

No, not 28nm...but that really doesn't matter since they run at the same speed. If it is an underclocked 2GHZ, then yeah...that would matter.

If they both run at the same speeds but one draws less power, won't that result in better battery life? i'm sure there are a good amount who wouldn't get an aftermarket battery so this should have close to the same battery life as your aftermarket one allows. Also the cameras are a big improvement along with being thinner. AND it should support T-mobiles 42 MBPS HSPA+ network.

I currently like the look of the HTC sensation now. This seems like it would be buttonless. For android tablets, buttonless might be ok, but for me I'd prefer to have buttons.

I tried out a bunch at best buy on friday. By far the smoothest one was the Asus Tablet and I was surprised with its nvidia tegra 2. Some of the other tablets had better specs or processors but didn't run nearly as smooth as Asus.

I can't wait to pick this one up. I really like the look and feel of the Sensation better than the GSII, but it was too thick, and specs could have been better. This will be thinner, more efficient and more powerful than any phone out right now. Nice that Nvidia came out with a Quad-core Tegra 3, but it's still on 40-nm process, and without that fifth core, it's a power hungry CPU for a phone. Qualcomm's S4 28nm chips will be the only 28nm coming early 2012 (besides ST-Ericsson). Samsung will be using 32nm for their exynos, and who knows/cares what Texas Instruments will be doing.
