Incorrect image format for DVD? (Can't burn with DVD Decrypter)

I have a .bin file that I want to burn with DVD Decrypter, but when I try to burn I get this error message:

Your image doesn't appear to be of the correct format for burning onto a DVD.

Image format: MODE2/FORM1/2352
DVD format: MODE1/2048

Would you like to continue anyway?

I only have two DVD-Rs, and since I can only buy Ritek DVD-Rs online I don't want to burn two coasters and have to wait for two more weeks to get them in.

So, how can I burn this image onto DVD? CD-R is not an option, it must be DVD.

I went ahead and did the stupid thing, burning it with DVD Decrypter. Now when I try to access the DVD through My Computer I get this error:

Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows.

So, I now know what to do, but I can't take any more chances because I only have one disc left. But I have an idea:
I have a DVD+R (can't be used for what I want), so I could extract the contents from the .bin file, burn it as a data disc, then create an .iso from it in DVD Decrypter, which I then burn to my DVD-R. Would that work?

Where did you get these files? Downloaded net movies are piracy which will not be discussed in this forum(and probably why u haven't recieved an answer). If you can tell me how the files are legal, I can help you.

.BIN files always suggest there is a possibility this may be an illegal download. It could be the reason why AD members are not responding quickly to your inquiry. If it is not an illegal download, explain how come it is a .BIN file in the first place. I'm sure there is a solution to the problem. Decrypter is mostly a program that allows 'decryption' of 'encryption'. Your .BIN file is almost certainly not encrypted.
