Ahhh...The law of unintended consequences is always lerking behind legislation like SOPA, Protect IP and stupid laws like these.

I don't believe these are unintended consequences. The Media Mafia know full well this is going to hinder all of their competitors. When you can't compete, cheat, and force those with working business models to conform to what your lobbyists dictate.
