Backing up CDbased PS2 Games

Hi guys any idea of how to back up CD based PS2 games.

DVD Dycryptor works a treat with all DVD based games but not for my CD games .

Any help would be most appreciated

would recomend that you use either clone cd or alcohol 120% for backing up ps2 cd based games

Hi devilhunt

Ive tried clone cd but it only asked to back up DVD's

Alchol i;ve trialed and it want ley me trail any longer .

What do i do on Clone CD ?

are you sure your not getting clone cd and clone dvd mixed up as clone cd wont copy dvd's at all

to backup cd games on clone cd you can either use the clonnyxxl frontend which automaticly send the correct copy settings to clone or if you just use clone cd then from the disc to disc copy use the game setting
_
here's a step by step to copy ps2 cd based game without using clonnyxxl
1. Start CloneCD
2. Select "Copy CD"
3. Select your Reader, press Next
4. Select "Game CD", press Next
5. Select/Deselect your options here (on the fly, cue or delete) then press Next
6. Select your Writer, press Next
7. Select your burn speed and "Game CD"
8. Press "OK" to begin
