Hi all
I just ordered 500 of the ritek ridata branded, in the purple wrapper in cake boxes.
Im just wondering,is what im reading on this thread true or just a rumor?

If its true,I wont even open the box,and send the crap back.
Anyone have any suggestions?
The discs should be in the mail either today, or tomorrow.
I ordered these from meritline,whom ive never had a problem before.

I saw that thread. I have a 50 spindle of the same stuff but I've yet to burn any. Personally I'm not worried, but that's just me :)

I just ordered a spindle of 100 from newegg so if its bad then I'll let you all know. I'm personally not all that concerned.

No because this is the third spindle of Ritek that I ordered from Newegg and so far so good. I can understand a concern over 500 discs especially if there's a commerical interest involved but newegg has such an incredibly good track record that I've yet to RMA anything. You on the other hand might want to reconsider.
