As is their annual tradition, TorrentFreak has revealed the top 10 most pirated video games for the year.
The list is accurate as of December 30th and the site has listed for most the major platforms including PC, Xbox 360 and Wii. PS3 downloads are so low they were not worth noting.

It seems that once again, the most pirated games made the most money. I am a bit amazed Skyrim didn't make the list...but then it hasn't been out as long as some of those other titles.
I may be an avid game pirate...but I will never in my life pirate a Bethesda game. No DRM + Ubisoft not coming within a mile of the production team means I'm $60 poorer...hopefully this is the case with most people. Glad to not see ANY Bethesda games on the list.
i got offered one of the call of duty games on a usb drive i said no.no point in having a online multiplayer game if you cant play multiplayer.thats like buying a sports car that been fitted so it cant go over 60kmph.
