I need help knowing what is the best program and method to convert vob files to whatever format needed to play in my dvd player at home and in my car?

Its alot of vob files in one single iso I have so im confused. Im not a pro. Somebody help?

An iso file that consists of VOB (and .bup and .ifo) files is a DVD image.
To burn a DVD image file to disk, download, install and run ImgBurn.
Click 'Write image file to disk'.
Insert a blank DVD.
Either select the iso file or drag it onto the pane and click the big arrow to burn the disk.
Blank DVD disks vary in quality;Verbatim brand 'DataLife' are good..
