AT&T has noted today that the upcoming PS Vita with 3G will be carrier locked, meaning only AT&T SIM cards will work in the handheld.
All international GSM SIM and T-Mobile in the U.S. will give an error when turned on.

I cant wait til they jailbreak it. I have my original PSP modded and I love that thing. For the most part I own the games I have but I don't have to carry them around with me. It's wonderful.
Isn't that cute... Gag it's storage & limit it's service provider, knowing full well there isn't 2 games on this planet you produce that wouldn't max out a players service plan, much less any involvement on PSN. I'd like to know about the communications contract/dealings Sony has with AT&T.
Ill be buying this verson, at some point. Some place that I don't have to get the data plan. Then I'll use my phones sim card, which has the grandfathered unlimited data. I like this plan.
I really don't get AT&T how is it that 250 MB is 15 dollars yet for 10 dollars more its 2gb? for some people this may be great yet for some its horrible... anyway back to what i was saying 15 should get you one GB and 25 should get you 2 GB that would be alot nicer...
