Hi,
I tried burning an .iso file with cloneDVD and DVD Decripter but everytime I try to play it, I have an error message about zonal limit. If someone can help me plz

I think it's NTFS (with winXP)

Wh;at are you playing your burned disc on ?
Your PC ?
Have you tried a standalone ?
Have you tried to play the ISO file from the HD ??

I can run the iso with deamon tool and also with a burned
copy in my pc but when I try to run it on my Tv. dvd player, I have this zonal limit message and then the player stop.

OK, I got ya, Arajax
What is the image of ?
Is it something playable like a VOB converted into an ISO ? OR did you put an AVI in an ISO format expecting that it would play on anything anywhere ??
If it's a ripped DVD in an ISO format did you check to see if the disc you burned it to was comptiable with your standalone ?

My dvd's are compatible with my dvd player because it work with v_ts file.
My iso file is an img file that I renamed to iso because I found nothing to write img file

Alright,
First, let's check your ASPI layer,
Here's the link for that: http://forceaspi18.w.interia.pl/
First download and install - forceaspi18.zip
Then continue on down the page and download - aspichk.exe
THEN let's check your firmware and make sure it's up to date -

I have installed ForceASPI but for the firmware, I'm not really used to that and I don't know what to take.
I have a LG super multi dvd drive (it's the name from the manual). If you could just tell me wich one to choose.

Arajax, I suggest you go to Device Manager, click CD-DVD-ROM and highlight your particulad LG Drive to make sure of the exact model. "Flashing your drive with firmware isn't hard and doesn't cause problems IF you use the correct firmware for the exact drive. Using the wrong firmware can "fry" your drive, using the right one, updates it's information and add's to it's preformance.
Here is the correct page, you just have to get the correct LG model:-)

Hi guys ... I'm trying to understand the logic of this stuff too ... in one post Arajax wrote, "My iso file is an img file that I renamed to iso because I found nothing to write img file." Could this lead to problems? Or can you really just change the extension of a file like that?
Karen H.--Dell Optiplex GX240, P4 1.50ghz, 256mb RAM (yeah, I need more), Windows XP Pro w/SP1, 80gb c: drive (replaced the 20gb c: that crashed), 126gb i: drive, 124gb j: drive, 500gb external hard drive partitioned into k: and l: drives, Sony DDU1621/C1 DVD-ROM to rip/encode, Sony DRX-530UL to burn, new Sony DRX-840U to burn DL discs ... need a new computer to go with it!!

I did the update, but i'm out of dvd :( so I can't try to see if it's working but how those update are soppose to solve the problem ? I don't see major difference and how this will solve the zonal limit error.
->Karen2003...I saw this on the forum so i tried it and with the renamed iso file, i can open it with isobuster and extract the file.

If you have it open with ISO Buster, sent it to DVD Shrink and compress it to 4300MB or so and then you can burn it as an ISO image or a VOB file (VIDEO_TS folder)

I tried that but DVD Shrink give me an incorrect structure file error everytime.

DVD Shrink, Go to "File" then "Open disc image" - that will allow you to open an ISO Image :P)
