It can't be built (at this point in time) so no point even thinking about it.
I honestly don't see how they couldn't keep the exact same profit margin, and simply sell this tablet for exactly how much more the quad-Tegra 3 would cost. If not quad, at least the difference between the Tegra 3 dual-core and the OMAP 4.
