Microsoft has announced today that it will not be announcing its Xbox sequel "anytime soon." Nintendo needs a back up plan in ms coming out with touch pad controller as well... they should make different types of controller that way all their games doesn't have to use motion sensor.

No used games? I think that may just push people into pirating more games come the next generation. Although there was also talk of Microsoft using a solid state system with there next system, perhaps that's their counter measure

I really doubt REALLY doubt an ssd is going to be in a game console...maybe one of those hybrid ssd/hdd but not just a ssd..

PS4 that allows PS3 games to play back limited sale ... I hope so and they should allow us to play back ps3 that way we can still play ps3 games online with ps4 while waiting for more games to come out... MS always wants people to buy their new gaming consoles, at least make a console where people can choose to play 360 on new consoles or not...

It really makes no sense if 360 doesn't work on the new consoles since lots of Kinect games are on the 360 and I doubt that not everyone will want to upgrade to Kinect2 anytime soon when the history might repeats itself with rrod.
