I've been directed to request directions from 321sucker.
My dvdXcopy platinum v 3.1.1 will uninstall ok, but x-rescue brings up an error - Could not open Install.log file, through my computer. I have found the blacklist and made all recommended changes. I'm afraid if I delete my "c" program dvdxcopy folder I'll lose my registration, is this true? Would like to use this software. I would greatly appreciate your guidance and advice in correcting this problem. Thanks, whtrock
