After years of rumor, it appears that Google's cloud storage platform "Drive" is finally ready to be launched. 1 Gb is a pewny amount compared to other cloud services.

1GB really is sad...if I wanted to store stuff online with google I could just email it to myself...I have over 7GB of free space on GMAIL.

in that cloud.google play added 6200 Music files over 60GB
1GB is sufficient enough for the average smartphone I guess. A house needs 1TB of cloud at least.

i pay $5 a year to get extra 20gig on Google (Docs, Picasa, Gmail) account i hope this could be use with drive as well

Except that emails cap out at 25MB...
