does the open box 11 work like the kryptview a 780 i.e. lan cable to router and run on vermin .is it the same principle i.e. buy box download software load on to box and hey presto .advice please chaps

also its a sly box not vermin so ya need a dish, you dont need a sub from sly, you recieve all free to air channels and free to air hd channels without a sub from sky, to unlock premium channels you need a cline (sub)

oh i maybe wrong then mate, pretty sure openbox was just sly. il have google about to make sure
just had a look mate and i cant find anything about it working on virgin, also i think you would be paying alot for a virgin share, somebody may know differently tho so dont take what i'm saying as gospel, but pretty sure its just for sly

You are correct tongs007 Kryptview is a cable box and the openbox s11 is a sat box and will only work when connected to a sly dish and connected to a router for use with a sealion.
