Hi All

I'm really new to this DVD copying and backing up, only just got the hang of backing up my cd's for the kids to use to save the originals, now they want their DVD's backed up so they can take them over their friends, anyway i nwas going to buy some blank DVD's from Rambox website and haven't got a clue what are the best to go for, so can anyone recommend a good brand to buy ie : Ritek or verbatims etc.

verbatiums are the dogs B***ocks.there a lot more expensive than the ritek but they i my opinium are the best.the riteks are very good.cheaper than verbatiums but very good.i use ritek to back up my ps2 games and dvd films and they have never let me down.hope this helps

go here www.newegg.com 50 pack of ritek ridata dvd-r 4x for $26 dollars, im on my second spindle. great media! or you can go to www.meritline.com they also sell top grade ritek media, but they are a lil bit more pricey $32.50 for the 50 pk. but they both give free shipping on everything i hope i helped in your decision

I would also recommend newegg.com and go with the Ritek Ridata.

Hi there, just purchased the Pioneer vdr107, awaiting it's arrival, but wanted to ask about the media. I am just going to backup DVD's for my littlies, nothing wonderful, I was looking at the Ritek from Newegg, but what about the Sonic? They are way less pricey. Anyone have an idea, also wheter this is a wise choice for my new toy?Many thanks

stick with ritek.there not exspensive.i pay about £18 for 50.dont try and get away buying crap disc you will end up throwing them away.trust me
