Tonino Lamborghini, founded by the son of the famous automaker, has announced its latest line of "luxury" mobile devices aimed at the Russian market. Cus people a few people out there are happy to pay for outdated hardware because its got x badge on it.

the tablet looks better and yeah its dumb to offer crap specs all outdated including software

Wow... Android 2.3... Too bad the phone/tablet doesn't run as fast as their production vehicles. For the premium price you should get equally premium performance. I mean that IS what you're paying for; or am I missing something again?

Would it kill them to increase performance? those specs are awful. Seems like it wouldn't be that much of an extra burden considering whoever is buying the phone is buying pure gold and croc skin.

Exactly! It would seem to me that the only reason those damned things would go up in value would be the market in precious metals. Talk about a style of "bait & switch".

It's almost unforgivable the specs that are in these devices. They could have sacrificed $100 margin or added $100 to the price and made them Android 4.0, quad-core, LTE, etc. If someone is going to pay $3000, they will pay $3100....
